God will give us a message while we are in the wilderness, and I'm going all the way!

Pain, it can be a wake up call from God, saying to your body, you need to make some adjustments to your life. Sometimes He tries to be as gentile as possible, or it can be so rough. Just remember, the pain can get stronger when we ignore  His warnings, so wake up. 

Jesus-our everything, our Deliverer, our One and Only-He's our God
